Mortgage Lifters

Red New Mexico

From the desert Southwest, this close relative of the Cave Bean is deep burgundy, distinctively flat and angular. This small pinto type bean is great for bean dips, salads, soups and salsa. Mottled with dark burgundy-brown and white background. Runner type bean.

Tongue of Fire
